You sold me on coconut flavour! But what exactly are they? A sort of sorbet?

\o/ It is the BEST.

Here's a good description. I guess it would be a sorbet? I just think of it as crushed ice, but that's not really accurate because around here they also DO have crushed ice, but that's usually piraguas (which is a Puerto Rican snow cone).

btw thank you the other day for the Burn Notice link! That was very kind of you! :D

I have to add sorbet to my shopping list now, because I really fancy something like that right now. Yum. Shame I'm just a smidgen too proud to go down to Tesco in my pajamas right now and get some!

The link was no problem - thought it might be useful.

MMMMM. I am so in the mood for one right now. Lemon for me because I feel like it's the PERFECT summertime flavor.

Mmmmm yes. LEMON! I gotta try that. They only have mango and rainbow besides cherry and coconut where I live but the rainbow has a little bit of lemon in it, I think.

I love it so much! It always reminds me of past fun summer memories. :D

Is that like a sno-cone?

Kind of, I think? I have some links up above. I think it's more like sorbet, but I don't actually eat sorbets very often so I'm guessing on that end. ;)

Closer to sorbet than a sno-cone. The ice is packed more densely and the flavoring is more concentrated. The mass-marketed individual sizes usually have the syrup concentrated at the bottom but it doesn't have that icy taste of sno-cones.

And thus, my expertise is...on iced treats. Rock on.

I eat chocolate Italian ice all the time! It's the perfect summer food. Toss in a soft pretzel and I'm good to go.

ahhh. I'm jealous! I never find it where I live. I gotta search harder. ;) Soft pretzel with it? That sounds REALLY good! :O *wants*
