Dean amuses me because of his sheer dorkiness. Sure, there's coolness, there's being a badass, and then there's just... lines like that, that kill me. ;) I LOVE IT.

Thank God, there was food on Sam's plate, and okay, he's picky, but he NEEDS to eat. I swear, a good 1/8 of my Big Bang story is spent feeding the Winchesters. But Cuban food, it'll all be delicous and poor Sammy won't have to eat anything tasteless or rubbery.

Oh man, today we started reading Ursula Le Guin's The Left Hand Of Darkness in my Feminist Sci-Fi class and they had canon brother incest. With a baby. And I just sat there and bit my lip so fucking hard. THEY SURROUND US, THE SEKRIT INCEST ASSBABIES.

He does need to eat. At least nibble on Dean something. I make victory arms at the thought of the boys eating Cuban food because the thought makes me VERY happy and very hungry. :)

The boys eat so much Cuban food, if it wasn't for all the fighting with the evil mermaid and bondage hijinks, they'd get rather fat.

You know, do Cubans eat pasteles at all? Because obviously my stepgrandfather does because hello, he married a Puetro Rican, but I have no idea if they're actually made by Cubans and I really don't want to foist tamales on the boys because I despise tamales (they taste too much like bland corn mush).

Ah but they need to relax. And somehow eating all that good food is a good way to do so. I'd like to poke them afterwards. And thankfully Jared isn't a stick this season like in early S1 so I'd say if it were possible he'd need to eat back then. In the meantime I poke S2 Sam now. ;)

I don't know if they do -- I think the times when it's come up I've seen Puerto Rican culture influence (i.e. one of my old classmates is both Cuban and Puerto Rican so she had pasteles for dinner) but just Cuban, I have no idea. But you could fib and say it's from a Spanish restaurant where they have all different meals there. I have Cuban sandwiches all the time and omg best thing EVER.

I don't like tamales. I had some in Puerto Rico when I went.

...apparently my Spanish food intake is all jumbled in experiences so uh, make them eat pasteles because tamales are evil and taste kinda icky.
