Batman Animated? The Lost Episodes!
Batman: The Animated Series stands as one of the finest action cartoons ever created. It is the standard to which all after it were judged. How nice it would be if we were to have just a few more episodes, just a few more adventures with the Dark Deco Knight and his colorful adversaries.

If I recall correctly, very few of these episode pitches actually made it into BTAS. I think that only the Ra's one, the Man-Bat one, and one of the Joker ones (the one with the mayor's son) were recognizably incorporated.
Also, the second pitch in there (with Batman in the midst of a riot in Blackgate) also featured Riddler, but seemed to only include him as an afterthought. His name isn't even spelled out IN CAPITALS.
That said, I'd certainly like to help. Those unfinished episode premises make great fanfic fodder!
