This is amazing. Beautifully written. I love the movement through the story and how we see the progression over time but still in a shorter story. It's always amazing to me when I see someone who is talented enough to do this -- to tell me an entire story in a few words. Awesome.

My favorite part: “So if you just like me cause I’m pretty,” his lips twist bitterly around the word, “and you’re going to bored when I don’t want to do any of those LA things, then. Then just tell me now and save us both the trouble.” Guh. <33333333
