I loved reading this! I like seeing how people come to fandom, and their different takes on fandom.

And I'm still wondering whether you ever posted that story I beta-read for you. I never saw it and it made me feel bad that maybe I had made you feel bad.

No, it's still not been posted, but, no, you didn't make me feel bad. Like I wrote then, your comments were helpful -- both in reassuring me that parts of it were good and in pinning down why the rest wasn't working. I just hate rewriting enough that I've managed to procrastinate for a full year. /o\

I really need to just sit down and DO it, so I can stop feeling guilty about it.
