I have turned to reading in whatever spare time I have (away from my studies) and am looking for suggestions.  Here are my suggestions to you in no particular order - only the books I've read in the past year because I don't feel like taxing my memory ;)  : ( I will update ( Read more... )

read dry and magical thinking by augusten burroughs. those were his two best books. dry is life changing, and magical thinking made me feel powerful after reading it.

i suggest possible side effects by augusten burroughs. its a collection of short stories that are hilarious and his unique writing style really shines through

I love both James Frey books and The Lovely Bones. Alice Sebold has another book, The ALmost Moon which I would like to read. I loved She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb...one of my favourites for sure. Also try Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt--Depressing but good!!
