No pets never get boring! They're always doing some new crazy silly thing that makes us wonder what is going on in their little minds - although I have a strong suspicion that the only thing going on in my dog Oscars' mind is 'la la la la la la la':)
And the thing is while almost all other things that don't change get boring even somethig as simple as petting a cat just doesn't get old. I've been doing it as good as everyday several times since I was 8 and I still squee at the sight of all that cute kittiness being all fluffy, or even grumpy.
Irresistable.
Which makes me think about realtionships and how many people seem to get bored with their mate. Theoretically it should be possible to feel for a guy the way I do about my cats right? I don't see why not...I wanna go squee right upto us being wrinkly old berries together./tangent *grin
Oh and boo to the nasty man in the store. As far as i know kids who throw tantrums have to be ignored for them to stop it, which he interpreted as the mom not doing a thing. Prolly doesn't have kids himself.
Yeah I think it would be possible to feel for a guy what you do for your cats - especially if you find a nice cat lover and then you will always have something in common which you can share together :)
