finally someone else understands the theraputic value of running...

thats all I do when I get stressed out here. I can't do it on a treadmill because I need to see new things. I run in and out of Washington. I get to I-79, turn around and go back to washington. I love it so much, its calming for me too.

I walk b/c if I run around here I'll twist my ankle or something....too many hills where i walk
