Determination

Remember I was determined?

So I ended up doing:

Double Berry Jam

Main actors in sweet fruity drama:

400g fruits
120g sugar
2tbsp lemon juice

Fruits were cut (and snacked on) and tossed with sugar, whilst left to 'soak'

Whilst that was happening, jars were washed, left in boiling water for 10 minutes (Covers and all), and stuck into an oven
