Now that he's had a day to settle in at home, Sherlock has a few minutes to himself.

Naturally, he calls Peter Beardsley.

Peter hasn't bothered to make the call himself. He and Sherlock both have plenty on their plates right now, and as far as Peter is concerned professionally, nothing to do with Obadiah Stane is relevant anymore.

Which isn't to say he's not dying of curiosity on a personal level.

So, when the phone rings, he takes the call instead of letting it go to voicemail.

"Chandler security."

Frankly, if Sherlock had turned up any other conclusion, Peter would assume the kid had fucked up somewhere along the way. No one's perfect.
