my idea is to open a restaurant dedicated to fair food (fried everything) and dishes that will kill eventually...ala the luther burger, hamdog, punk rock breakfast, 72oz steaks, etc.

you know, at the minnesota state fair they have pretty much every kind of food on a stick.
spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread on a stick? OH YES!
corned beef and cabbage on a stick? well sure!
