It is utterly amazing and I love how you work in all the different themes of 14 Days of V in relation to how Bob lives her life.

Hi! I came over here on a rec from berserkide and I'm so glad I did. This was fantastic! I absolutely adored every single thing about this. The gender issues, the music, the embracing of the word 'cunt', all of the awesome dynamics, and of course...BOB!

This whole 'verse is fantastic! I didn't want it to end - each installment is perfect. I teared up more times than I can count, made flaily hands at the screen, laughed to the point of startling my cat. Really. I just. Perfect.

I'm ridiculously relieved that Bob did not end up with any of her bandmates. I don't know why.

Oh! And to that end, I also wanted to note that I really appreciated there not being a pairing convention here, but still making Bob a woman who has sex with people. Thank you (I feel weird saying that, but whatever) for not making her fall in love, because not every story about people has to be about them falling in love. It can just be about them as a person, and that can be infinitely more interesting. Which, in the case of this story, it was.

Okay, I'm taking my flail and my inability to convey what I want to say successfully through the internets somewhere else now. Thanks again for the amazing story.

No, no, that makes perfect sense. I'm the first one to step up and talk about the fact that fic doesn't have to tackle issues/be based on reality. I mean, fanfic is a form of indulgent escapism, which is AWESOME in and of itself. So, yeah, I get what you mean about this being very firmly grounded in the real world and how that can be a nice/unexpected change sometimes ( ... )

I think that's part of why it has this 'real' feel to it--Bob's personality is one thing when he's a dude, but if you make him female, there's this whole other dimension to it that you really just got, solidly.

But yeah. Again, I love this, and it's amazing. You rock.
