Before I read your story I was really kind of meh about Sheppard/Mitchell. Now I can totally see it. I like that it wasn't a PWP or clinically explicit.

Love your story! The domesticity, Cam wiped out on the couch and John taking the driver's wheel, heh, you grabbed me with the opening where John doesn't bother remember the chemist's name because he knows Rodney's going to get rid of him LOL

Initially, I would have passed the story over (Cam and John? McSHep is my OTP) but I had just recently read a genfic (gen!fic) about Cam and John (more Cam then John though) and really enjoyed it so you see reading fanfic really does broaden your horizons :-)

So glad you liked this! And, yay for broadening horizons! I haven't written much John/Rodney mostly because I feel like there's so much of it, and that it's all been done, so it's always nice when an OTPer swings along and reads my not-John/Rodney stuff. :)
