I was contemplating deleting all of my facebook/myspace/whatever stuff again. livejournal was the easiest first choice because blackfolk is boring and everyone else on the friends list barely updates anyway. Besides I didn't think anyone would notice. But that's the flaw of LJ. Everyone I have ever seen has written for their audience.
