SG-1 can't be too suprised that there are Go'auld in the system; there are ones in the NID, after all...

Yeah, but it's the fact that they are Immortal Go'auld who have been here all this time and never been spotted. They're more annoyed they missed them than surprised after everything that happened with Seth and then Hathor, and then Baal and then the NID/syndicate mess.
Actually they are quite sloppy on security aren't they?! ;)
