Hi gang, here's my first contribution to hl_chronicles's celebration of Highlander. The prompt was 'Twenty Years: The Immortal Perspective'. PG-13 for mild swearing and a world-weary viewpoint.

Good stuff!! I love a Methos story. And yeah, I feel like Methos, it all comes to an end. Though my worry is a far left group that will persecute me and mine for our faith. Golden ages always fall to ruin.

Thanks hon, it always makes me smile when i get a comment from you (even if it takes two months to reply to said comment, mea culpa). I kind of felt in one of those moods where I think Dr Horrible was onto something when I wrote this :)

A far right group is equally likely to persecute someone for their faith, extremist views of any description are too prevalent today, whether they be believers of any faith, atheist, political idealists or any other kind of zealot, if they start thinking they are completely right about their belief and everyone else is so wrong they need to be punished/killed then they are dangerous. Why can't we just all get along and live and let live?
