Oh I love this! Such a tantalising and almost chilling look into what could have been because there is a lot of truth in this line he walked a fine line even before he picked up the Blackened Denarii - Harry Dresden does some not very nice things for very good reasons at times.

Waaaaa. Creepy. And we all know Harry walks a fine line diping his toes in the darkness from time to time. It wouldn't take much to nudge him over. With the best intentions of course. Perfectly in character. That's what makes it so powerful. Well done. Pardon me while I shiver again. Creepy.
