Here is one for today, try cooking more stuff from scratch, eg get rid of turkey drummers, waffles, onion rings and fish fingers. Food list was really good until then! Also eat the same amount of food as you do now but over 4-5 meals instead of 2-3 big ones. It's a simple way of speeding up your metabolism and reduces snacking.
1 hour walking = 30 mins of running, that is one hour of decent walking.
I wouldn't worry about the egg thing mentioned above. Just don't eat eggs every day. Egg yolks contain B vitamins and essential amino acids. From what your eating your unlikely to be eating TOO much protein. Recommended daily intake is about 0.5 X body weight in kilos. 0.8 X is good for light exercise though.
Soy sauce is high in salt so be sparing. I'm not sure what is ment by beef is not as safe as chicken/fish. So long as all meats are cooked properly and thoroughly then they are all safe. Beef just tends to be higher in fat than the other to but you shouldn't cut out all fat from your diet.
