Happy December, writers! I love December. Christmas shopping, good food and tons of fic! Now then, first drafts are due December 20th, so here’s a little reminder about the requirements for the first draft:

It must be 20,000 words.

What's the drop out date? I don't want to ~commit to dropping out yet, but idk--this month is looking harsh. :(

No definitive drop-out date! If you're not done by submission date, I'd appreciate an e-mail along those lines, but it's not required. If I don't get a fic from you, I'll just assume. ;) Thanks for asking and I hope you'll pull it out!

The way things are looking now, I will not be able to complete my fic in time. This has been a rough month between school and family issues but I will try my hardest to get it done. If I can't have it done by the due date, I will try to let you know.

I'm so sorry to do this, especially on such short notice, but my computer broke last week and it's taking way longer than I expected to get it back. Between that, finals, and grad school applications, there's simply no way that I'm going to be able to be done on time, so I have to drop. :(
