I'm gonig to be a bad motehr. So I was assigned to help my cousin with her algebra homework. So it was the type of thing where it's like x^2 + 5x + 4 and that factors to (x+1)(x+4) right. So I went through the process with her and she claimed she got it. But then like 2 problems later (she's doing the same thing problem after problem more than once ( Read more... )

I don't even know how to do that math problem! Ouch! Maybe I will be a horrible mother too. Oh well, that is why I am marrying a math/science nerd who is good at explaining things and making everything clear and easy...dagnam, I have a splitting headache too from trying to figure out where the (x+1) came from.

i don't see how this has anything to do with being a bad mother. it just means you'd be a bad teacher. btw, i find it unethical that you did her hw for her.

i think if you are in the situation that you must learn how to be a mother, you will do fine. I can barely hold a baby correctly, but that's okay because it takes time to learn how to be a parent. so basically i think you will be a good mother as long as you raise the kid from a baby... you can't adopt a grown kid. my prediction that you will be the first of us to have a kid still stands. woooh i can't wait to see how that goes. =P
