Plyo sucks! I'm still hurting today and I only made it about half way last night. Everything was so hard, but then that had the guy in the video in back that was jumping all over the place. I don't think he actually has knees. They must have been replaced with springs

not sayin I "need" it, but it would have helped hide my tired eyes and chapped lips. I guess these are more true to life tho. I generally don't have time to make myself up anyway! Ah well!
