[Just at the edge of town, propped up on a tree is what appears to be a New Feather. He's wearing only the white pants that male subjects appear in, but he's not looking too bewildered. I imagine so. [He's not entirely sure how the Malnosso bring people back from the dead... but he wouldn't be surprised if any of the pain lingered. They essentially would have had to piece the poor kid back together, wouldn't they?]
