What if nothing is real?

If this place is nothing but a figment of your imagination, and the dreams are the same?

What if you're, in reality, laying on some bed with drugs being pumped into your system to keep you knocked out for the rest of your entire life?

That other guy kept saying that too, but that doesn't make any sense. This feels real, but so does the other place...and everything that went on back home. How can some things be real and others not?
