To my knowledge, their personalities have just shifted.. though drastically. So the punishment isn't putting anyone in danger by interacting with them.

I'm sure he'd like to know there were people keeping him from doing anything too damaging to his reputation. Though for the time being he's with me right now, I don't know when he'll go. But...

I would be lying if I didn't say I wasn't interested in knowing their point in destroying parts of the island. I think they would know this would happen.

I can't say too much. Sometimes I don't understand what Kaiba is up to. I think his point was to capture the island's attention, though. Yes, he did know he'd get punished. [He's working on trying not to reveal too much, but Kaiba did a lot of revealing on his own so he's picking out what would be common knowledge and what wouldn't be]
