i was on the phone with a directv customer service rep for about half an hour tonight trying to figure out what was wrong with our service. he finally realized that it's probably just a short in our receiver. :| i hate being on the phone that long with someone i don't know. it's like the physical equivalent of talking to someone whose face is just ( Read more... )
