Avengers - is it going to suck?
I dislike the Avengers trailers.
They make it look like Transformers, make no sense, have no character chemistry or even any good lines. This Joss Whedon, guys! He's all about the dialogue. If I didn't know better I'd be completely uninterested in this film. It's just so "meh". It's not offensively bad, but completely boring.
Plus they've decided to rename the film Avengers Assemble in the UK. Because we had our own British "Avengers" in the 60s - these guys:
So obviously British people will confused and don't know who Iron Man is or anything. Or Thor. Or the Hulk. Sheesh! So logically I should blame the stupidity of the Marketeers - they cocked up Megamind in a similar way.
Or maybe it's a conspiracy? Maybe they want us to go in with low expectations so as to blow our freakin' minds?
But I've not read this opinion anywhere else. Everyone else seems excited just to see a glimpse of Loki. Or Steve/Tony. I don't get it. Is it just me?
