Lee Ha-yi is in a Korean American Idol style show, "KPop Star Survival Audition". She has the kind of voice that singers envy--something you're born with in terms of tone and quality, and can't earn--which is indeed part of the girl-crush.

this show is actually surprisingly full of tiny bombshells with big voices, but she's become my bias XD

I'm watching this show without subtitles, because only the first couple are subbed, and finding out that music is one of the areas in which I can largely guess what they're talking about in critiques and so on...

It kind of makes sense, and is kind of funny, too.
