Book Theme Song: on repeat

This means Pivotal Scene is underway. This is why God invented headphones, or I'd be driving the world crazy with this Fort Minor rap looped even more than rap is meant to be looped.

(Don't go to the vid if you don't wanna hear the cussin'.)

Ooh, we've moved on to Pink's "So What"
Abigail is pretty...upset.

Also, of course rap is meant to be looped. And techno. Why do you think we have incredibly repetitive songs, if not to be LOOPED TO INFINITY?

Wait. Is your favorite the Pink song?

Or are we really scary soulmates and you also are crazy about the Fort Minor song?
XD

The playlist for this book, with her ghetto community and attitude, has been quite different from most of the ones I've constructed before.
I first heard the Fort Minor song in the Karate Kid trailer, which is kind of perfect theme-wise as well.

The Pink song I heard serendipitously for the first time yesterday, to know what it was. (Of course it's, like, in soundtracks and everything, I recognized it immediately, but I don't even know where I came across it yesterday...)

Yes, the Fort Minor song--though I'm not entirely sure what's scary about that. ;-) I first heard it in an Avatar: Last Airbender fanvid, and ever since it's been my go-to song for kickass teens/kids.
