So, um, for those of you who have read George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Fire and Ice" series and have been following the latest on the casting/filming/etc. for HBO's adaptation of "A Game of Thrones"...

Dude, I should be mad at you. You got me all excited & thinking there was a NEW teaser trailer out & no, it's the same 15 second trailer they've had up for awhile.

Still, I agree. IS IT 2011 YET!?!??!!!

15 seconds? Pfft. It's clocking at 22 seconds. That's 7 extra seconds, yo. And according to the write up I saw just today, it's one HBO was supposed to premiere this week on True Blood, so who knows. I jus' knows it's the first one I's seen.

Well, I figure once they get some actual scenes filmed, we'll get a proper trailer. I am, however, VERY hopeful based on the snippets, because it looks like they got it right. *crosses fingers*

Oh, we'll definitely get more over the next few months. I believe principle filming starts in Ireland the end of this month (which is why HBO isn't taking it to Comic Con), so we'll have lots of stuff to look forward to. :)
