I went to Asheville with Meredith and saw The Strokes/Apples In Stereo last night! They were amazing! I am happy! I took several pictures, which I have not yet uploaded! This is my makeshift travel-log! Yay!:

i told dad about the church pews, and he said "REALLY? we need pews!! where was it?"....so looks like we might be getting a pew. fuckin ROCK. i'll be so damn ironically sexy on that thing, it ain't even funny.

on another note, on my way to take my friend home, they had a police road block....and i got busted for inspection. DAMN...i thought i made it so far.
oh well.
(it's not a big deal, i just have to do it and show it to the DA and it'll get dropped.)

iaw;ef!!! that made me excited to read about seeing the strokes.

Did they play "Is This It"? because they did in Charlotte, but they didn't in Atlanta and Sarita and I were sad because that was our favorite song. but happy at the same time. because it was the strokes, duh.

also, I second the "salsa's is good" statement. You should definitely check that out when you're in Asheville. I've somehow amazingly avoided a crowd, both times that I've been there.

I am also very selective on which words I capitalize...that's strange.

anyway, that sounds like amazing fun. yay!

yes, they did play "Is This It?." Quite well, too, but it wasn't among the "omgbestEVAR" performances of the night.
