A couple of months ago, it rained heavily, filling up (among many other things) an old plastic fishtank that was on the back step beside the bin, waiting to be taken to the dump on our next recycling run

I have no idea what those are, but I am assuming they are alien life forms and that explains your knowledge of Naboo's anatomy.

They pretty much are alien life forms, yes... they have three eyes and forked tails and reproduce asexually. MUCH weirder than anything you'd find on Xooberon!
