This is lovely. I find Titus Andronicus incredibly distressing to read, but this brings tears to my eyes in a good way.

Oh. SO MUCH LOVE for this -- Lavinia has always struck me as one of those heroines who could be amazingly cool, it's just that within the bounds of the play she doesn't have the freedom to be much of anything.
