Yeah, sometimes I like my reading to be short and quick, which is why I like Short stories but often even then I get too engrossed to finish the other things I need to do.

I truy do miss reading MAD Magazine form childhood sometimes.

I like Biographies too.

My list is nowhere as interesting as yours, so I'll keep it a secret.

Very impressive, actually...but you've neglected to mention your top five favorite flavors of Jolly Ranchers, in descending order. This is the kind of stuff that people want to know!

Hiya, thanks for the add. :)

I don't hold onto books once I have read them, I give them away. So all the books on my shelf are still unread. They are:

On Beauty by Zadie Smith
One Thousand Splendid Suns by Khalid Hosseni
Control by Deborah Curtis
How To Cheat At Cooking by Delia Smith
Nigella Express by Nigella Lawson

The 2 cookbooks are used occasionally.

I'm reading This Charming Man by Marion Keyes at the moment, I love her books.

Hi THere. Welcome to my domain by-product.

I used to do that as well, pass the books on so they maintain their own life of travel and influence as books ought to. Then I just found I needed the referneces for articles and such and became a touch less altuistic somehow.

Marion Keyes, I shall have to look into her work. Thanks.
