This was emailed to me from the allrecipes.com daily email. It sounds yummy! Wonder if I could slip the eggplant past my husband...do you think he would notice? :)

More the ability to make nutrition info than the site itself. The site's really kinda not great. But I LOVE the recipe analyzer!

That sounds good, except I've never had goat cheese. Is goat cheese good? LOL

Ooh - goat cheese is WONDERFUL. Try just using crumbled feta, which you can find in the deli section.
