It's the english spelling (since I don't know the alphabet, heh) - but it's Ukrainian; the standard greeting on Christmas for Catholics. Essentially it means 'Christ is born'. There are a....few different english spellings, lol. There's a response too, which I can say aloud but for the life of me cannot spell.

Anyways :) Ha yes - I think this is definitely the first time I've ever seen the pairing of Cedric/Angelina. It wasn't actually one I requested, but rather a mix and match from some of the pairings I did this time around. Not that it's exactly entirely out of left field - and one that I'm slightly more interested in now that this fic prompted me to think about it.

What's proper fashion? saying who gifted you and then giving thanks over and over and over? I think anonymous is more amusing, because than the receiver is all 'who gifted me? ....maybe I should be nice to this one person, maybe they gifted me and I've been a lousy friend...'
