Wow. I really hope society stops putting such shameful pressure on women who want abortions or have had one. And my mind is blown by how many women were able to rationalize having their own but still condemn others who do. Like... how does that work? Ugh.

I think the way to get society to stop wrongly placing shame is to take the journalists advice, and talk about it...
these examples of women being unable to see the double standard in what they say/do is, surely, a result of not having real conversations... not having a chance to identify the illogic of their position. Things "sound" different when they're said out loud...

Ditto. I truly despise the hypocrisy involved in that attitude. It exemplifies an overwhelming ego that is certain in its right for personal gratification while righteously denying any possibilities for others.
