I really really like this!! Screw like, I LOVE it!!! Teehee :) it's such an interesting idea and so well played out with a unique story set-up in general. Plus I totally loved the burning man fic so yay for more to that verse! Plus I adore kind-of stupid Bagel Boy Tommy :) he's a cutie patootie.
Yum-sexy icon! Thanks for his comment-love is a good thing *grins* It's really fun for me to have some people reading this who had read my Burning Man fic. And Bagel Boy--not stupid--just dancin' to the beat of another drummer, just like our TJR does in real life ;)
Wow! So much to love in this story. It is so fresh and original and it took me to a world I know nothing about. Plus Johnny Depp, Nathan Fillion (love him, Castle is the only drama I watch on tv) and Bagel boy. The Joni song was perfect. Still don't know the first thing about Hobbitts
Thanks so much. I appreciate you giving it a read even though you haven't read Lord of the Rings. Glad you thought the Joni song worked--I'd love to hear Adam sing it in real life. Big *mwah* to you.
Too weird, I was just leaving you a long comment as you left me this comment. I'll respond more later, but just have to take a moment to giggle. Oh---and I'm so excited you read it! Yay.
LJ ate this the first time I posted (grrrrr), so I hope you don't get it twice!
Firstly, late comment is late - apologies. I really, really loved this for so many reasons, especially the way you brought in elements (NYC theatre, the articles and blogs) without over-explaining, making the pace whizz along. Your characters seemed so real, and although my Bradam soul was kinda sad, there was hope at the end, which, yay!
And then how did I miss KTBB? To have a bonus Bradam fic afterwards (also awesome, of course), meant happy days this end!
As far as I'm concerned, it's never too late to comment on a fic. I love the feeling that it has a life that goes on after I post it. Your comment absolutely made my day!
So excited to have a new reader (I'm a very new writer)--and that you liked KTBB as well. I keep wanting a happily ever after for Bradam, but even in AU's have a hard time going there. Still...I think there is room for at least more Bradam hotness, don't you?
