Wolfhounds are such awesome dogs. I have a client that is the littlest woman you've ever met and she has this gorgeous wolfhound that she brings to my shop occasionally just to say "hi". The best part about it is that he's super shy and tries to hide behind her until you say his name, Zoltan....as in Dracula's dog. LOL
What I love about coursing hounds is that when they're not in need of running, they're huge loafers. These two just flopped down and went straight to sleep when they were brought back into the pen area after the dog procession. The Scottish deerhounds did the same thing. Most of the other dogs (mostly herders, terriers, and setters) were still up and about to some degree, even if they were tired, but the hounds just sacked out straight away.
I'm jealous that you can wear such gorgeous outfits out and about on a regular basis. If I tried that here (assuming I had the stuff), I'd keel over from heat prostration within 10 minutes during 9 months out of the year.
Funny thing was that I wore a more hot-weather-friendly outfit on Saturday, which turned out to be about 10 degrees cooler than Sunday was. (Well, and on Sunday we were in the foothills, which tends to be a warmer area, rather than near the Sound.) I came to regret the jacket after about an hour. Even so, yeah, it was still mild compared to where you are, and we lack that horrendous humidity.
She's the one I've bought much of my extravagant semi-precious stone jewelry from over the years, such as the opal dragonflies and the various things with cabochon amethysts--I've definitely done my part to keep her in business. But that was mostly at conventions, and I had no idea she was going to be there yesterday. She does so much in the way of event work and private commissions that she doesn't have need or desire to maintain a web store.

BTW: Turquoise sheath with black jacket. Or red twill with pinstripe jacket, and don't worry about the tucking-in, it looks fine as is. :)
