Mirai's been her own worst enemy this season -- she has an injury, but she refuses to take the time off to recuperate, and it's affected her performance.

Did you happen to watch the men's short last night?

No. I'm too lazy, cheap, and disinterested to get IceNetwork (or watch online at all, really). Now it's sort of like it was 20-25 years ago: one or two comps on TV a year and a bunch of specials at Xmastime. I'm so nostalgic. ;)

Nagasu would have been okay if she'd been able to control those jumps. Whoa nelly.

IN isn't perfect, but I like that I can see the "nobodies" I know compete, since they're generally not on the broadcast (although one was last year -- I was so happy for him!). I wish they made fast-forwarding easier on the "on demand" video though. Some programs are painful to sit through.

The men's FS tomorrow is going to be insane. The field is outrageously deep right now.
