Aaaaaaand Snowpocalypse Phase IV begins.

edit: AAAAAAAHHHHHHH! There is a golden retriever puppy, only about 3 months old, trying to make its way through the snow, and falling through the crust almost to its chin. My pancreas is shredding!

At least we have firewood and vodak.

Oh, and boobies.

It's too cold for boobies. :(

We do have vodak, though--two different kinds, even. Unlike a number of friends and acquaintances, who are complaining about being out of rum. I guess vodka just holds out better in snowy weather.

Vodak is made for the cold. :-)

We have a couple of different kinds, too, and I think at least one flavored vodka, maybe two. Jane and I went through a raspberry White Russian phase, and we're both Lemon Drop fans.

It's never too perky cold for boobies!

That's where you run and grab Kevin's camera, woman! ;-)

MY camera, TYVM. (It was my birthday gift.) And he was actually outside with it while this was going on, but he wasn't fast enough to get good shots of the puppy.

We do have video of Shylah trying to deal with the crusted-over snow; I'll get it all posted later today.

Haha, all I remembered was Kevin waxing rhapsodic about it. ;-)

heeee. I love small dogs doing their damndest in the snow. One of my best memories is watching dachsunds doing these hilarious see-sawing leaps through the snow. :D You could practically hear the Looney Tunes orchestra playing along.

*hee*

I can totally picture it! I love watching snow loving dogs (puppies especially) playing and jumping through the snow. The snow seems to turn a lot of us into children. :D

At Stone Mountain, they have gotten snow machines running, and for $12.00 an hour you can go tubing down 30 feet of the mountain. Bring your swim suit because you will get wet. ;-)

Unfortunately, I'm not making this up.
