Yeah, I'm not sure why you would want to refer back to this later except for the lulz. And the icon really wasn't complete without the bird. It's to symbolize that he's freeeeeee. And also that his favorite food dish is roasted dove.

Wow, that's the first time I've seen an explanation of what TEH BIRD is supposed to symbolise in an icon. I can't believe I never realised that it referred to favourite dishes. Much love to you XD

Yeah, i gave in and favourited it, anyway. :p
Ahh, i was wondering why it was parked ever so closely to his mouth, like he's about to leap out and bite it's head off.

Wow, your icon is unbelievably gorgeous. The snail adds an interesting aspect. I think you have used even more sharpen effect than I did. It makes his skin look sparkly, like he's Edward Cullen or something.

OH GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE

In case I end up deleting it later on, which I feel like I might do when I wake up tomorrow... haha, here it is. God, how could you forget bad, misspelled and un-antialiased text?!

Haha, originally in the tutorial I had this not-antialiased white text with a pink stroke layer around it that said "beautiful!" but then I deleted that step because it was just too beautiful for me. But since you left out the bird step, it works! (Well, for a certain definition of "works.")

I'm a GIMP girl myself so I was too lazy to look for the brush to use. XD Emergency bad text to the rescue!

*mistakes internets-on-a-plate for breakfast and gobbles them up*

I kind of wonder what non-iconrants-inclined people think of this when they see it, but they're not commenting so I don't know! Woe!
