I think so, yes. I'm trying to remember if there were any other times and I don't think there were. (Maybe in season 3?)

Dude, my favorite part of the shirtless scenes was that Arthur yelled his name in the middle of the night, and Merlin came running, which means he was right there! Why can we not see more of THAT?
