Made with Adobe Photoshop CS2. Translatable.
Level: Easy
1. Crop image to 100x100. (Cap thanks to Rutta's site - CSI: NY Online.)
2. Duplicate the base and set to screen, opacity 100%.
3. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color. #e1f188. Set to color burn, opacity 60%.
4. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation. Set master saturation to +30.
5. Duplicate base and drag to top. Set to screen, opacity 100%.
6. Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen
7. Add some text or brushes and you're done!
