Sorry, gotta ask.. as it's deviantArts policy that you must have written permission from the artist to use it.
I really don't want to get caught using something that was stolen again. It's really embarassing to get a nasty email from an artist being accused of stealing their work.

deviantART will not tolerate plagiarism or "rips" - taking another artists work and posting it as your own. Ripping is image plagiarism and theft against your peers. deviantART considers the following image theft and plagiarism:
