P!nk: Who knew? & U+Ur Hand

Thanks to dj_capslock who supplied the images of both music videos, I bring you P!nk icons from Who Knew? & U+ UR Hand. I got a couple animations and stills (None of which are bases unless you ask first), so please...enjoy! ♥ Lindsay.

Just curious..how did you make those animated icons? They're really good. :) Do you know of a tutorial you could point me towards?

Well, I just cropped the pictures in PSP7 and then found a texture that I liked then copied it to the animation shop 3 program and then...put it together. That's all I did was play around with textures and brushes. I use an animation program to make mine, some people don't, but I do.

and no, I dont know of a tutorial. I just use the example of other's to see what I like and what I don't like. You have to play around with animations before you can get them to look half way decent...or at least, that's what I had to do. lol.

Oh, thank you, but I realized I forgot to mention my actual problem. :p I use Microsoft Gif Animator, but the icons I made (a couple Mean Girls animations) are too big. (About 70KB when LJ only allows up to 40KB.) So how do you get them to not be so big?

My program has this thing where it optimizes the quality of the icon. So I have no idea how you would do that with the microsoft gif animator.
