Yes. My city basically shut down this weekend (it helps we had a full-on blizzard yesterday). Wind chill takes it to -20 or more (er, less?).

I sort of hope classes are canceled tomorrow, too, but my college isn't known for shutting down. I'm planning to wear long johns, layered shirts, and two scarves. And this with the hope that I won't have to walk more than a block from whatever parking spot I find to the school...
