This batch was inspired by listening to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Beethoven's Last Night, some anime icons that expressed a style (that I think is) best used in some of industria's older icons, and my inability to find any good Gackt wallpapers. The usual rules (commenting and crediting) appply. ^.^

I'm not sure what you mean by the shifting tint, but assuming you're refering to the different colors (orange and green and blue and purple), I did it (in Photoshop) by making several one-color layers, putting on layer masks, and then putting gradients on those masks so that only part of the color showed up. If you actually are asking about the colors I can make that explanation a bit more coherent. ^.^;; Glad you like the icons!
