They have in Japan, but not in the States. Probably sometime in October though. But yes, 13 is TEH PRETTY!~

My brother wants to go full out on the PS3; extra graphics card and everthing. I personally thing he's nuts. Because honestly, we really won't be using it to it's full capacity ._.
