This is my first ever tutorial so sorry if I mess up (:
Includes selective color, sorry PSP users!
Hope it works for your caps.
Don't do everything word for word, change the settings around to suit your cap. Mess around with it (:

Step 1: Open your base, crop, sharpen, whatever you normally do to it.
Step 2: Duplicate your base twice.
Step 3: Set them to Screen.
Step 4: Duplicate your base again, set it to Overlay and drag it to the top.
Step 5: New Fill Layer (Layer -> New Fill Layer -> Solid Color). Fill it with B1CDE5 and set it to Soft Light 100%.
Step 6: Another Fill Layer with EAFF00 and set it to Soft Light 55%.
Step 7: Create a new Selective Color layer (Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Selective Color) and enter these values :
Reds: -100, 0, +100, +31
Yellows: +100, 0, -100, 0
Cyans: +100, 0, 0, 0
Blues: +100, 0, 0, 0
Neutrals: +15, 0, +20, 0
Step 8: New Fill Layer. Fill it with 000540 and set it to Exclusion 100%.
Step 9: Create a Selective Color layer and enter these values:
Reds: +27, 0, +50, 0
Neutrals: -9, 0, +11, +10
