Just a reminder of one of our rules:

> post concrit on at least one other icon for each icon you asked concrit on

My suggestion is the following, when you've posted an icon for concrit, check the '!concrit' tag and give concrit on someone else's icon straightaway.
That way everybody gets concrit. :)
